We typically schedule at least 2 visits annually to handle your home maintenance tasks and small repair jobs, ensuring your home stays in excellent condition year-round. For complex jobs that require a licensed specialist, such as a roofer or HVAC contractor, Higs can recommend trusted professionals from our HIGS Certified Network.
